How can I track my weight?
Your weight can be tracked in two different places and instructions for both are listed below.
To track your weight:
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on Home.
Click “Weigh-In” in the Weight section.
Type your weight in the box.
Click Save.
Your weight will then be saved.
OR
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on SparkCoach.
Near the top of the page, you will see your current weight listed.
Click on the pencil icon to the right of your current weight.
Type your weight in the box.
Click Save.
Your weight will then be saved.
