How can I track other nutrients (calcium, sodium, sugar, etc.)?
To track other nutrients:
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on the Food Tracker link.
Scroll slightly down the page and click on the “Printable Food Log” link on the right side of the page.
Click in the box where it says, “Choose Nutrients” and already has the main nutrients and calories listed.
Either scroll the list that opens up OR start typing in the nutrient(s) in the box that you would like to track and click on each nutrient you would like to add for tracking.
Click outside of the Nutrients menu box.
All nutrient values that you have selected will now show on this page for each food tracked for the date(s) that you have selected.
If you would like to change the date range, you can select an option in the Date Range drop-down menu near the top of the page.
If you would like to print this page, you can simply click on the print button in the upper right corner.
Note: When you leave this page and come back, you will need to select the nutrients again that you would like to track, so you would do as described above to track those again.
