Healthy Low-Carb Cheeseburger
Introduction
This healthier version of an American favorite features mushrooms instead of a bun, so you can enjoy it whenever you like!
Ingredients
4 ounces lean beef
1/3 red onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
salt-free seasoning blend
4 portabello mushroom caps, stems removed
2 slices low-fat Cheddar cheese
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato

Directions
1. Roast the portabella mushrooms at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
2. Mash the beef, onion, celery and Mrs. Dash together, form into 2 patties, place on a grill or pan and cook through.
3. Take the mushrooms out of the oven and pat them dry with a paper towel.
4. Place your patty on the portabello ""bun"" with the cheese and veggies and mustard and ketchup, if you'd like.
Serving Size: 1 burger
