Introduction

This Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe is quick, healthy and easy to make. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 ounce paper cups with Popsicle sticks.

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice or skim milk
1 banana, sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
