How can I track my water?
Your water intake can be tracked in two different places and instructions for both are listed below.
To track your water:
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on Home.
Scroll down the page to the Water section.
Type the number of cups of water you consumed for the day in the box OR click on the corresponding water glass icon.
Click “Save.”
Your cups of water will then be saved.
OR
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on SparkCoach.
Click on any of the check-in times (Wake Up, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Sleep).
You can answer OR skip (click “Next” to skip) the first set of questions, then you will see the question, “How much water have you consumed today?”
Type the number of cups of water you consumed for the day in the box OR click on the corresponding water glass icon.
Your cups of water will then be saved.
