I tracked a food in the wrong meal category; how can I move it to the correct meal category?

To move a food to a different meal category:


  1. Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

  2. Click on the Food Tracker link.

  3. Click on the food item that you would like to move to a different meal category.

  4. You will now see the Edit Food screen.

  5. Click on the meal category drop-down menu and select the meal category you want the food to be listed under.

  6. Click Save.
