How can I track my fruit and vegetable servings?
Your fruit and vegetable servings can be tracked in two different places and instructions for both are listed below.
To track your fruit and vegetable servings:
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on Home.
Scroll down the page to the Fruit & Veggies section.
Type the number of fruit and vegetable servings you consumed for the day in the box OR click on the corresponding fruit/veggie icon.
Click “Save.”
Your fruit and vegetable servings will then be saved.
OR
Click on the Tools & Trackers link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on SparkCoach.
Click on any of the check-in times (Wake Up, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Sleep).
You can answer OR skip (click “Next” to skip) the first set of questions, then you will see the question, “How many fruits and vegetables have you eaten today?”
Type the number of fruit and vegetable servings you consumed for the day in the box OR click on the corresponding fruit/veggie icon.
Your fruit and vegetable servings will then be saved.
