How do I sync my Fitbit?
Once you have connected your Fitbit account to your PeopleOne Health account, you will need to sync your Fitbit device to Fitbit’s app or website as you normally would. (PeopleOne Health gets data from Fitbit’s servers, not your device, so you must sync your device to Fitbit for us to receive your data.)
PeopleOne Health runs a process every 10 minutes to pull in data from Fitbit’s servers.
Once that process is complete, your Fitbit data will be synced and shown on your Fitness Game page (and Challenge page, if you are in a challenge).
We will continue to sync your data as you continue to sync your device to Fitbit’s app or website as you normally would.
