Big Update from SparkGuy!

Hi Everyone!
For those who don’t know me, I am one of the co-founders of PeopleOne Health. I merged my company SparkPeople with two other companies to form PeopleOne Health. SparkPeople helped more than 100 million people reach goals and learn about health and fitness along with goal-setting, motivation, leadership, and behavior change science. Thanks to support from our members, my book “The Spark” became a New York Times Best Seller. Our members gave me the username “SparkGuy” because they said I was like a regular person passionate about “sparking” other people to reach their goals.
I started SparkPeople after building a program that helped me conquer my social anxiety by combining goal-setting and fitness and then expanding this formula to other areas of life. I realized the key to life is setting and reaching one small goal at a time in all areas of life and then doing this over and over. This helps you build momentum and ultimately reach goals you may have never thought possible. For example, my first company was very successful as eBay’s first-ever acquisition and that gave me the funding to “give back” and start SparkPeople to help other people.
I’m writing today with 3 specific updates:
First, I recently updated my free mini-book which is a 30-60 minute read. This mini-book takes some of the top concepts of my original book and adds new material all designed to motivate you to reach your most meaningful goals.
Second, we have a feature on our app/website that is starting to take off and I want to both bring this to your attention and ask for help. This is our Goals feature (need to be logged in for this link to work). You can set small goals similar to a To-Do list. When you check off these goals, you have the option to share your goals with the community. Then you can both give and receive support from others in the community. We have plans for additional upgrades to this feature as it builds momentum. I have two things to ask you:
Will you try out this feature and use it if you think this will help you reach your goals?
I am working to “cheer” at least 10 people most days. I know that being a “positive force” by helping people makes it more likely that I will stay on track to reach my goals. Would you join me in cheering 5-10 people to reach their goals? I think this will be an amazing way to set and reach goals with each other and build a strong community.
Third, I want to share a quick update about the PeopleOne Health company in general. We are growing significantly and have become one of the more impactful health-related companies in America by bringing together our tech platform, health coaching, and primary care. So our full experience includes connecting together everything from your activity tracker all the way to your doctor. We hope to keep opening our own doctor’s offices around the country to help many more people.
