Quick Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
1 lb stewing beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups red wine
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups red wine
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
Directions
Combine ingredients and pour into a slow cooker. Cook at least five hours. (May be cooked in 200-250 degree regular oven.) Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
