Simple Grilled Salmon
Introduction
You've barbecued ribs and you've barbecued chicken, but have you tried salmon? Dill and lemon make this light fish dinner shine.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. salmon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Prepare grill.
2. In a small bowl, combine oil, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Using a pastry brush, brush salmon with herbed mixture.
4. Cook on the barbecue until done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork).
Makes 6 servings (4 ounces salmon)
