Introduction

This honey glazed salmon recipe is healthy and makes for a great main dish.

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
4 4-oz salmon fillets
1 lb fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the salmon fillets in the center of the pan and arrange the asparagus around the salmon. Sprinkle with the walnuts and drizzle with the honey-mustard sauce.

Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
