Tater Tot Casserole
Introduction
A comfort food favorite. Serve with steamed veggies to make it seem healthier.
Ingredients
1 pound extra lean beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups low-fat shredded cheese
4 servings baked tater tots (approximately 40)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups low-fat shredded cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Brown the beef, mix with the cream of mushroom soup and 1 coup of shredded cheese. Place about 40 tater tots in the bottom of a baking dish. Pour mixture over tots and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Kids love it!
