Beef and Blue Sandwich
 
            
            
            Introduction
                        Sandwiches so good, you'll think someone brought home takeout from your neighborhood deli!
                    
                Ingredients
                    12 oz (4 servings) Chef Meg's Beef Roast, sliced thinly (or another lean beef roast)
4 sandwich thins or buns
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
2 T blue cheese, crumbled
2 c green leaf lettuce
1/2 c Chef Meg's Caramelized Onions

Directions
                    Prepare the blue cheese sauce by gently combining the blue cheese and Greek yogurt. Layer between the bread the lettuce, beef, onions, and dressing.
