Introduction

Whole natural almonds are tossed in olive oil, cumin and garlic powder, then baked and infused with freshly grated lime zest.

Ingredients

2 cups whole natural almonds
3 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons lime zest, freshly grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Stir all ingredients except lime zest in a medium mixing bowl until well-combined. Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring once. Remove and immediately sprinkle with lime zest. Serve or cool completely and store in an airtight container.
