Samantha's Dill Dip
Introduction
This dip / spread is a great way to add flavor to any snack or meal item.
Ingredients
Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 0.5 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Celery seed, .25 tsp
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .50 cup
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
