Introduction

This pizza is not your usual game-day pie--it goes all the way! Even better: it has just four ingredients!

Ingredients

1 package whole-wheat pizza dough
1 cup prepared pesto
4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
chives and cherry tomatoes, for garnish

Directions

Let dough come to room temperature for an hour before working with it.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Spread the dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool slightly.
Combine spinach and pesto in a small bowl, then spread on the pizza. Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 10 minutes, or until dough is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
Garnish with chives (to represent lines on the field) and halved cherry tomatoes (to represent players).
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
