Introduction

Turn a quick lunch into a Halloween treat in just a few minutes. It's terrific toasted or not!

Ingredients

8 slices whole-grain bread
1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
6 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced into strips
8 black or green olives, sliced in half

Directions

Untoasted:
Top each slice of bread with two tablespoons of sauce.
Arrange the strips of cheese to look like bandages, leaving space between each one and alternating the direction.
Place the olive slices on the bread as ""eyes.""

Toasted:
Preheat the broiler.
Place the bread on a baking sheet.
Top each slice of bread with two tablespoons of sauce.

Broil the pizza toast until the cheese has melted.
