Introduction

Creamy, dreamy and oh-so-good...for you. You'll never guess the secret ingredient in these delightful frozen treats.

Ingredients

2 medium bananas
juice of 2 limes (1/4 cup)
1 t lime zest
juice of 1 orange
1 t orange zest
1 avocados, pit removed and flesh chopped

Sweetener of choice (if desired)
Popsicle sticks and molds

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding water if necessary to thin it to a pourable liquid consistency.

Taste and sweeten if desired.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

Serving Size: 8 popsicles, about 1/3 cup each
