Introduction

I love Starbucks' Mocha Frappuccino, but with 260 calories and 54 grams of carbs, it didn't fit into my new healthy lifestyle. So I transformed it into a delicious protein shake.

Ingredients

3-4 ice cubes
8 oz. unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
3 packets of vanilla flavored stevia from Whole Foods OR 1/8 teaspoon stevia powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
