Introduction

With just a few ingredients, you can transform pork tenderloin into a memorable meal. Juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside, this pork is tangy and delicious.

Ingredients

32 ounce pork tenderloin (comes in a double pack)
1/2 cup brown or Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Mix the mustard with the spices and spread on the pork tenderloins. Roll the mustard covered tenderloins in the panko crumbs and place on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-25 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in the largest section of the pork reads 165 degrees.
