Skinny Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 bag Miracle Noodle Ziti
1 pinch of salt
1/8 cup almond milk
1/8 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons low-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp dry mustard
pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne

Directions
1. Drain noodles, rinse in cold water, pat dry and place in a bowl
