Introduction

This lightened-up version of a St. Patrick's Day classic tastes just like the real deal!

Ingredients

3/4 c. nonfat frozen yogurt
1/2 c. nonfat milk
5 drops green food coloring
2 packets equal, splenda, or other noncalorie sweetener
2-3 ice cubes
1/8 tsp. peppermint extract

Directions

Blend all together.
