Witches Brooms
Introduction
This fun snack will be a hit at your kids' Halloween party!
Ingredients
4 string cheese sticks, cut into thirds
12 pretzel sticks
12 chives or 3 green onions, greens only sliced lengthwise into strips
12 pretzel sticks
12 chives or 3 green onions, greens only sliced lengthwise into strips
Directions
Carefully slice a small ""X"" into the center of one end of each piece of cheese.
On the other end, slice through the cheese about 1/3 of the up, all the way around to create broom bristles.
Tie a chive around the top of the piece of cheese and trim the ends.
Poke the pretzel into the scored ""X"" on the top of the cheese.
Arrange on a plate and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 12 ""brooms""; 1 per serving
