Ingredients

2 bananas, sliced in half
4 teaspoons caramel sauce
2 tablespoons ground almonds or peanuts
4 fresh cherries, stem and pit removed*
4 teaspoons semisweet chocolate chips, melted
4 wooden craft sticks or lollipop sticks

*You could also use maraschino cherries.

Directions

Line a small sheet pan with wax or parchment paper.

Press a stick into each banana half until it pokes through the other end, leaving 1-2 inches exposed at the bottom.
Spread one teaspoon caramel over each banana, then roll in the chopped almonds. Place one cherry on the top of each stick. Drizzle each banana with one teaspoon melted chocolate.
Freeze on the sheet pan. Serve immediately or place in a freezer bag to store them.
