Slow Cooker Turkey Noodle Casserole
Introduction
Great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
Ingredients
24 ounces diced turkey breast
2 cups (1 bag) California style frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
1.5 cups whole wheat macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz (1 can) evaporated milk
12 oz (1 can) water
1 cube Oxo chicken bouillon
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp chili powder
pepper
2 cups (1 bag) California style frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
1.5 cups whole wheat macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz (1 can) evaporated milk
12 oz (1 can) water
1 cube Oxo chicken bouillon

Directions
Throw it all in the crockpot, stir to mix, set on low and cook for 4 hours or until macaroni is tender.
