Sticky Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks
Introduction
Tangy, sticky chicken drumsticks cook perfectly in the slow cooker, with very little effort. Served with rice or potatoes and a green salad.
Ingredients
8 chicken legs
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Place the chicken legs in the bottom of a slow cooker insert. Sprinkle the chili powder, thyme, and pepper over the chicken. Add the garlic and onions, then pour over the liquids along with half cup water. Add the brown sugar and cover.
