Strawberry-Asparagus Salad
Introduction
This simple salad highlights two of the tastiest ingredients in season during springtime.
Ingredients
4 cups arugula
2 cups strawberries
16 spears white asparagus, trimmed, steamed and chopped into 2"" pieces
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Divide arugula, berries, and asparagus among four bowls. Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper as desired.
