Introduction

These are so cute and colorful! The kiwi in the bottom of the cup not only adds more fruit and color to the freezer pop, it also holds the stick in place.

Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
4 strawberries
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 kiwi, peeled and slice into 4 circles
4 (3 fluid ounce) paper or plastic cups
4 wooden craft sticks

Directions

Puree the yogurt, strawberries, and orange juice in a blender.
Place one slice of kiwi in the bottom of each cup. Divide the berry puree among the four cups, then insert a stick into the center of each cup (press the stick into the kiwi to hold it in place). Freeze for 3 hours, then serve.

To remove the freezer pops from the cups, snip the top rim of the cup with scissors.
