Introduction

The combination of rosemary and maple, with a hint of spice from the black pepper, is delightful.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Irish oats
1 cup soy milk
1/2 ounce walnuts, chopped (about 7 walnut halves)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food storage container, mix and allow to soak overnight. Soaking the oats and nuts allows your body to digest them more easily and saves time in the morning.

Heat and eat, adding water to thin oats to the desired consistency.
