Introduction

This sauce is great on grilled meats, and it makes enough for two meals. Try it on cooked pasta or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

10 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups parsley leaves (about 1 bunch)
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
1/2 c olive oil

Directions

Place garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley leaves, and 1 tablespoon each lemon and lime juice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the mixture if it will not blend. Remove from blender and whisk in oil. Taste. Adjust seasoning with salt, remaining lemon and lime juice.
