                Ingredients
                    8 collard leaves, thick stems removed
1 block baked tofu
1 can refried black beans
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 avocado, mashed

Directions
                    Steam the collard greens until pliable. 
Layer ingredients inside greens, wrap like a burrito and serve.
