Introduction

These golden pancakes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They taste great with applesauce!

Ingredients

3 1/4 -1/2 c grated potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp oil for frying

Directions

Mix and fry. Serve with applesauce.
