Sauteed Garlicky Mushrooms
Introduction
This simple saute of sliced mushrooms with garlic and pepper is a light, flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash pepper
2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Heat olive oil, garlic and pepper in a medium pan for a couple of minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and saute until golden brown and tender.
