Introduction

Super sweet pancakes. It is best to use a very ripe banana. Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 cup white flour
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Peanut Butter, chunky
1 cup non-fat Milk
0.25 tps Vanilla Extract
1 small Banana

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and peanut butter in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla. Stir until it's blended. Chop the banana into small pieces. They are added when the pancakes are being cooked.

Oil the pan and keep it on medium heat. Spoon the batter into the pan. Each pancake is approximately 2 tablespoons. On every pancake sprinkle the banana pieces on. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides and serve hot.
