Introduction

Use yogurt instead of eggs and water for the moistest, most delicious cake you've ever eaten.

Ingredients

1 box (Duncan Hines) red velvet cake mix
8 oz. lowfat plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups water

Directions

Mix box of cake mix with yogurt and water. Check instructions on box for cooking time and temperature (depending on whether you use bundt, regular cake pans, or cupcake pans.

Frost if desired with your favorite icing!
