Introduction

Who needs deep-fried chips, when pitas crisp up so perfectly with minimal added oil? Pair these with hummus or as a crunchy side to your Greek salad.

Ingredients

4 whole wheat pitas
olive oil cooking spray

Optional seasonings:
garlic powder
oregano
Parmesan cheese
ground cumin
black pepper
cinnamon and sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the pita triangles on a baking sheet and spritz on the olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle on your seasonings, if you're using any.
Bake the pitas for 4 minutes, flip and spray again. Bake 2-3 more minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before eating.
