Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and browned. If desired, stir halfway through cooking.
